Privacy policy
We collect what an order needs and nothing else, and we do not sell any of it.
What we collect
To take and deliver an order we hold:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Delivery and billing addresses
- Order history and any notes you add to an order
- Account credentials, stored only as a one-way hash
Payment information
Card, UPI and net-banking details are entered on Razorpay's own checkout and never reach our servers. We store only the payment reference Razorpay returns, which lets us match a payment to an order and issue refunds.
Cookies
We set a session cookie when you sign in and a cart cookie so a guest bag survives a refresh. Both are strictly functional; we do not run advertising trackers.
Your rights
Write to us to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you. We will act on it within 30 days. Records tied to completed orders are kept as long as tax law requires.
