Returns & exchange
Seven days, no argument — within the conditions below.
What we accept
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the piece is unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging.
What we cannot accept
Some pieces are final sale by their nature:
- Made-to-order and custom-stitched pieces
- Anything altered after delivery
- Blouses and innerwear, for hygiene reasons
- Pieces returned without tags or packaging
Natural variation is not a defect
Slubs in raw silk, small irregularities in a handwoven border, and colour that shifts slightly between dye lots are characteristics of hand production, not faults. Genuine defects are a different matter — send a photograph and we will replace or refund without quibbling.
Refunds
Once a return is received and checked, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.
