Terms of service
The short version: we describe things honestly and expect the same back.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we dispatch it. Because stock is small and hand-made, we may occasionally have to cancel an order — if we do, you are refunded in full immediately.
Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. If a price is listed in obvious error we will contact you before processing rather than silently cancelling.
Product representation
We photograph pieces as accurately as we can, but screens differ and handwoven colour varies between dye lots. Slight variation between the photograph and the piece you receive is expected and is not a defect.
Intellectual property
Photography, text and design on this site belong to Chandriposhak. Traditional motifs and techniques belong to the communities that developed them, and we make no claim over those.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
